We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pure Fiji experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all skincare and spa products remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our island concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original boxes, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your tracking number until the refund is processed.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
